| Salary: | The gross hourly rate is £23 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI |

| Covers: | Dinner: 150 to 200 over the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner); Functions: 80 |

| Full-time chefs: | 3 chefs plus kitchen porters |
| Accommodation: | Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty |
