Salary:The gross hourly rate is £23 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI
Duration:Seasonal
Hours:minimum 40 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:7 bedrooms and 4 cottages
Covers:Dinner: 150 to 200 over the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner); Functions: 80
Food type:All fresh local produce made on site
Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty
Job description:

I am looking for a relief Head Chef for a bus hotel in Stirlingshire driver is preferred due to location

1st August ideally through til 4th October but can see options


Serving a quality Scottish fresh produce up to 200 covers over the day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner
Brigade of 4/5 chefs plus kitchen porters.

Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty
working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixed shifts
paid weekly net of tax and NI
