Bedrooms: | 7 bedrooms and 4 cottages |
Covers: | Dinner: 150 to 200 over the day (breakfast, lunch and dinner); Functions: 80 |
Food type: | All fresh local produce made on site |
Full-time chefs: | 3 chefs plus kitchen porters |
Accommodation: | Accommodation is own room in the staff cottage or in a cabin, wifi available and meals on duty |
