Job description: | This busy city centre restaurant is looking for a strong relief Head Chef with experience of running a high volume restaurant. There's a well equipped kitchen and a strong customer base given the central location and high footfall in the area. The position is to start ASAP and will run until the start of January. You'll be leading a team of 3-6 Chefs and Kitchen porters and will be responsible for the training and development of junior staff members. The restaurant is newly outfitted and has a state of the art system in place for fast service. You must be comfortable with running a busy kitchen with high hygiene standards, and be able to lead from the front. Return travel expenses paid upon completion of the agreed upon stint Excellent accommodation a short walk from the restaurant is included with this role. |
