| Job description: | This small boutique hotel is looking for a strong Head Chef to join the team and lead the day to day operation. There are fairly low covers and a manageable menu, which the right candidate will be able to develop. You'll be based in the heart of Perthshire in stunning scenery - there's accommodation on site which is of an excellent standard, and a small friendly team. You should be comfortable with teaching junior staff members and collaborating with senior management. Open dialogue and an interest in pushing the standards will be essential to the position. If you're looking for a small kitchen with good scope for development, please get in touch. The food is all fresh and good quality, but quite traditional. The hotel is keen to gain awards and you'll be supported and encouraged to assist with driving the standards. There's a small highly skilled and professional team currently in situ. |
