| Job description: | Bankton House Rooms & Lodges has a mixed accommodation of newly built lodges & main house boutique rooms in the main house situated directly at South railway south connecting to Edinburgh and Glasgow, 5 min walk from the grounds we have planning for further accommodation units and land to develop an agricultural accommodation We are looking for a Head Chef or possibly a Sous Chef looking to take over the running of their own kitchen. Privately owned. We are building a team of motivated individuals to develop and build a reputation for yourself and Banktown House. The building itself was built in 1810. We are looking for a Chef to come in and be part of growing the business together. You will be responsible for cooking, ordering, menu planning and all aspects of kitchen hygiene and compliance. This ia a great opportunity in a good location for someone. |
