Days:5 days from 7 mixed shifts

Job description:

The Moffat House Hotel is a 22 bedroom 3 star hotel situated in the historic town of Moffat just 21 miles from Dumfries and just over an hour from Glasgow and Edinburgh.

We are looking for an experience head chef to join our team you must have a proven track record in achieving GP targets.

We would like to gain a Rosette, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious chef to make a name for yourself, the hotel has lots of potential and we are looking for someone to take the business forward.

Moffat has a population of around 2500, there is good public transport links to the cities and Dumfries.

There is lots of local clubs and lots to do on days off with a good and friendly community spirit.
