Job description:

The Castlehill Restaurant is a 40 seater restaurant situated in Dundee with a waterfront location.

We are looking for a Head chef to join our close knit team. You will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including temperature sheets, cleanliness, hygiene and food costs. Rosette experience is essential.

The kitchen is all induction with the latest gadgets.

We are keen to push for further accolades, including The Michelin guide.

The restaurant is closed on a Sunday and Monday.
