| Job description: | The Northern Hotel is a 3* hotel situated in Brechin, 35 minutes from Aberdeen and 30 minutes from Dundee. We are looking for a Head chef to join our team. You will be in charge of the day-to-day running of the kitchen including ordering, temperature sheets and cleanliness. You will be working closely with the manager. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
