| Job description: | St Michaels Inn is a 3 star 8 bedroom family run Inn situated in Leuchars. To work as part of a small team preparing traditional meals to order in a busy rural Inn. The ideal candidate will be able to run a fast paced kitchen. Must be used to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness. Ideally will have experience of function catering and Buffet preparation. A unique close knit friendly family team. We are very central and just 15 minutes from Dundee, Cupar and St Andrews. There are good public transport links. This position is available now for the right person. |
