Job description:

St Michaels Inn is a 3 star 8 bedroom family run Inn situated in Leuchars.

To work as part of a small team preparing traditional meals to order in a busy rural Inn.

The ideal candidate will be able to run a fast paced kitchen.

Must be used to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and cleanliness.

Ideally will have experience of function catering and Buffet preparation.

A unique close knit friendly family team.

We are very central and just 15 minutes from Dundee, Cupar and St Andrews.

There are good public transport links.
