Job description:

We are looking for a strong Head Chef to join the Auchrannie team, too lead and develop the Cruize Kitchen team. Cruize Bar and Brasserie is family eclectic dining which caters to all the family’s needs and wants.

The successful candidates will come from a similar background with experience in working with fresh produce and a restaurant that can seat up to 200 covers on busy nights. Our customers are at the centre of everything we do; therefore you will know and understand what it means to deliver amazing hospitality and will thrive on the challenge of always exceeding guest’s expectations. You will be a team player and want to grow within our industry.
•You will be responsible for leading, training and developing the brigade of 7 to consistently deliver the highest standards of food service
•Manage and maintain the Cruize Kitchen food GP
•Manage the KP rota across the resort
•You will be original and creative when designing new menus
•You will manage the day to day business to ensure all H&S legislation is met by ensuring all paperwork is up to date
•You will be passionate, approachable and motivating to all F&B team members
•Guest expectations, training, development and quality will be at the centre of what you do

The ideal candidate should be:
•Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience a Head Chef - 4/5 * background experience,
•To be able to manage and maintain a GP of 70%
•Organised and focused, with clear and effective communication
•able to cope with, and maintain the balance of, both fine dining and banqueting covers up to 200
•Train, motivate and devlop the team for career progression
