Job description: | We are looking for a strong Head Chef to join the Auchrannie team, too lead and develop the Cruize Kitchen team. Cruize Bar and Brasserie is family eclectic dining which caters to all the family’s needs and wants. The successful candidates will come from a similar background with experience in working with fresh produce and a restaurant that can seat up to 200 covers on busy nights.
