Job description: | Tormaukin Hotel is a privately owned 13 bedroom hotel in a charming location. We are looking for a head chef to join our team producing high quality food. We are a traditional coaching inn just a few miles from Gleneagles and are featured in the Michelin Eating Out Guide. You will take control of the running of our busy kitchen including COSHH, HACCP, food safe and stock control. You will be a good motivator and a great leader, passing on skills and knowledge for junior members of the brigade. This is a role for a hands on Head Chef as you will have full autonomy in the kitchen when it comes to menu creation, supplier choice and recruitment.
