Salary:negotiable depending on experience paid monthly, plus bonus based on performance Tips paid daily which can be up to £3,000 per annum
Duration:Permanent
Hours:to 50 hours per week
Days:4.5 or 5 days from 7 straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:Up to 500 covers per day + functions 30 to 120
Food type:German Themed/Bar/Fresh Produce
Full-time chefs:7 chefs plus kitchen porters

Job description:

West Beer is a large brewery in the heart of Glasgow with a busy bar and restaurant located on the premises.

We are looking for an experienced head chef to take full control of the kitchen, maintain food & hygiene standards. You must have large numbers experience, as this is very busy place.

Very unique place to work using good quality produce. You will be working as part of a great team.

Good company to work for, it has been owned by Petra Wetzel for 10 years and the business is looking to expand also.

Must have at least 5 years relevant experience at head chef level.
