Job description: | Cup and Gin71 are Award Winning Brands. At this location we do an average of 10000 afternoon teas per annum along with a lunch and breakfast menu. In the evening we offer a botanically inspired menu. There is still work to do do on the menu and we really want to allow a new chef to create their own menu against our vision. |
