| Job description: | The Mid Annandale Comrades Club is situated in Lockerbie in the south of Scotland, 21 miles from Dumfries and within 70 miles of Edinburgh and Glasgow. We are looking for a chef to take over the lease of the club and to develop the business. It is a large club with good seating area and 400 members. Scope for lots of food offerings including bar meals and very much good opportunity to develop the function side of the business with a good sizes function hall. We are keen to meet chefs who have drive and passion and are keen to take on their own business and push forwards. Lockerbie has a population of over 5000 and has good amenities and is next to the M74.
