Job description: | The Maitlandfield House Hotel is a 25 Bedroom hotel with a 50 seater restaurant plus function space for weddings, conferences & parties. We are situated in Haddington, East Lothian, just a 30 minute drive from Edinburgh. We are looking for a head chef to join our team. We have recently taken over the hotel and we are looking to develop all areas of the business and need a chef who can train and mentor the current staff. As head chef you will be in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen including stock control and rotation, menu planning and development, health and safety and hygiene, costings and rotas. We cook everything in house and we are looking for someone who ideally has volume experience from working in a similar environment. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
