Salary:Negotiable salary paid monthly plus a share of the tips
Hours:45 +
Days:5 days a week - shifts for the chef to organise
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: up to 30, varies through the week; Dinner: up to 30, varies through the week
Food type:Traditional Scottish using fresh local ingredients with a twist plus wood-fired pizzas
Full-time chefs:3
Accommodation:Accommodation available if required
Job description:

Grantown East is a brand new heritage centre situated near Grantown on Spey, which is 35 miles south east of Inverness.

A completely refurbished centre which has a 60 seater restaurant and an open kitchen.

There is a state of the art kitchen with a hand built woodfired pizza oven where you will be producing homemade pizzas from scratch using fresh, good quality ingredients.

We are looking for a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef to join our team.

You will have all round experience in not just food preparation but also stock control, managing a small team of staff, training etc…

An excellent opportunity for a chef to make a name for themselves.
