Head Chef, The Spiritualist, Grampian

The Spiritualist is a modern restaurant situated in Aberdeen's City Centre. We are looking for an enthusiastic and hard working Head chef to join our friendly and stable team.

You will be responsible for the daily running of the kitchen, delegating tasks between members of the kitchen and you will be responsible for serving the good quality food that we are known for.

The position also includes ordering, stock control, cleanliness, meeting all health and hygiene regulations and keeping paperwork up to date.

We serve modern cuisine using a lot of fresh and local produce with a Mediterranean twist. We have daily specials on and we welcome new ideas for the menu's. We have the large restaurant serving up to 100 covers over the day and we also have a private dining area available for guests of up to 20.

We have an excellent bonus scheme in place subject to meeting all target requirements.

The position is available starting within the month and is a permanent all year round position.
