BASIC FUNCTION

Utilizing the very best seasonal ingredients, the Head chef will employ their creative and technical skills to high quality seasonal food products, establishing image standards for the 4th Floor specialties, have a comprehensive managerial competence to lead the team to both culinary and financial success. Strive to move the business and its cuisine forward to be innovative as well as competitive in its market sector.
The head chef will also be accountable for the supervision of the daily preparations of meal periods – Breakfast, 4th floor bar specialties, boardroom dining and Road Hole Restaurant 3 rosette restaurant, ensuring that standard operating procedures are followed.

You must be knowledgeable in all aspects of health and hygiene and must have excellent organisational skills to manage a large team.

Working five days per week, mainly straight shifts.
