Salary:£35,000 negotiable depending on experience paid monthly plus a £3,000 gross-profit bonus

Hours:48 - 50 hours per week - less in winter
Days:5 days from 7 - straight shifts starting 10am - closed Mondays

Job description:

I am recruiting for a head chef for a busy well-known restaurant north of Aberdeen. An award winning-independent restaurant with a good reputation in the area.

Looking for a head chef who can take over the day-to-day running of the kitchen including rotas, ordering, stock control, health safety and hygiene, relevant paperwork and managing the team.

The menus change seasonally and you will have full input into these as well as our daily changing specials. Would suit a chef who is looking to make a name for themselves.

Looking for a well organised, hands on chef with good attention to detail.

This position is available from 18th August but would potentially wait longer for the right person.
