Auchrannie Resort are looking for a #awesome Head Chef to lead the way in our Seafood and Grill Restaurant, Brambles. We are looking for someone who stands out from the crowd, knows their stuff and wants to pass on their knowledge and experience. You should be awesome, unique and and just a little bit cool.

You will lead our Brambles brigade by developing them and working with Exec Chef to create a team environment in which our younger chefs can really thrive. Of course you role will involved food costing and ordering and the usual health and safety standards to be met. But we are also looking for you to bring your own ideas and talent and put it to great use.
