Job description:

Teuchters bar and a Room in the West end is a Scottish bistro

Looking for someone to run the bar menu and a bistro menu.

All using the freshest local produce with good relationships with local suppliers. Ability to run an established kitchen, creating menus, working to good GP figures, working with current food standards and hygiene.

Managing a small team. Established independent business for over 18 years.
