Job description: | I am recruiting for a 10 bedroom hotel situated 35 miles north west of Aberdeen. Looking for a head chef to take over the day to day responsibilities of the kitchen including rotas, menu planning, health, safety and hygiene and stock control. Ideally, you will have previous butchery and fish experience as all food is prepared fresh on the premises using local produce where possible. A lovely location with lots to do on days off such as fishing, shooting, golf, walking and a host of other activities are available. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
