Job description: | The Gannet is a 3 AA rosette restaurant situated in one of Glasgow's busiest streets producing modern Scottish food. We are looking to add a strong sous chef to our team. You must have experience working at a high level, minimum 3 rosette/1 star. The successful candidate must be able to motivate their peers, think independently and have an enthusiasm for our industry. The Gannet has held a three rosette rating since 2015 and been named AA Scottish restaurant of the year among other accolades. We don't believe in resting on past glories and are always pushing ahead to create a unique Glasgow dining experience. The position is available now for the right candidate. |
