Job description:

The Old Colin Creamery is a privately run restaurant situated in Portpatrick, six miles from Stranraer in Dumfriesshire.

we are looking for either an established head chef or a sous chef looking to work with the owner.

Great lifestyle as only open Saturday and Sunday evenings for now, 1200 to 6pm on Sundays.

Day time during the week.

This may also suit a couple with one working as a manager.

Good kitchen equipment in place with sous-vide.

This position is available now for the right people or person doing take-aways.

The owner is an experienced chef who has other business interests but can provide help and support where needed.

Ideally, you will bring enthusiasm and passion to this job and want to get involved with growth and development of a young business.

Great location for people who like the outdoors
