Full-time chefs:3 chefs plus part time cover also and kitchen porters
Accommodation:on site, private room with wifi, own kitchen and bathroom - £35 per week
Job description:

The Colintraive Hotel is a wonderful independent pub / restaurant in the heart of Argyll's secret coast run by owners Clare and Joe (chef).

Just 15 minutes from Rothesay and 30 minutes from Dunoon.

There ethos is to use locally sourced ingredients to create simple & delicious, seasonal a la carte and pub food. The menu changes daily.

They have excellent experience working in some of London's top establishments and alongside some great chefs.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our small close knit team, you will help provide support and cover for Joe.

This position is available from 1st May for the right candidate.
