Job description:

The Old Inn has established an enviable reputation since opening in 2016 and is looking for someone enthusiastic to join the team! This is an excellent opportunity to work with quality Scottish produce and take pride in what you do. Emphasis is most certainly on quality of ingredients & reputable suppliers.

Although this position is advertised as seasonal there is a very real possibility of it being permanent for the right person. Under instruction from the Head Chef, your role will involve all aspects of food preparation and service. No split shifts, and generally working 1pm - end of service. Excellent working conditions.

Located overlooking Castle Stalker in the beautiful village of Appin, the Old Inn is loved by locals and visitors for its fantastic atmosphere and fabulous steaks. Exciting times ahead too with the planned opening of our sister restaurant next door which you would be part of. This really is a fantastic opportunity to join this team in developing something quite special.
