Job description: | The Eglinton Arms is a 34 bedroom hotel situated in Eaglesham just 15 miles from Glasgow City Centre and 6 miles from East Kilbride We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our close knit team. You will help the Head chef manage the kitchen and cover for their days off and holidays Working for an established company with good scope for career progression within the group. We have a new outside dinning area that serves between 70 - 90 covers. Volume experience would be desired although not essential. Genuine work life balance. Must be a driver due to location. This position is available from 26th April for the right candidate. |
