Days:5 days from 7 - straight shifts 10am to 6pm - 12 to 8pm - 3pm to finish
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Dinner: 70 - 110 over lunch and dinner; Breakfast: 40 - 50; Functions: up to 110
Food type:Fresh wholesome bar meals and restaurant
Full-time chefs:5 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:live out - driver is essential
Job description:

The Garfield Hotel is a busy 3 star 47 bedroom hotel situated in Stepps just 8 miles from Glasgow City Centre.

We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our close knit team.

You will help the Head chef manage the kitchen and cover for their days off and holidays

Working for an established company with good scope for career progression within the group.

We have a new outside dinning area that serves between 70 - 90 covers.

Volume experience would be desired although not essential.

Genuine work life balance.

Must be a driver due to location.

This position is available from 26th April for the right candidate.
