Job description: | I am looking for an experienced Sous chef for this 23 bedroom 4 star privately owned hotel, situated just a 15 minute drive from St Andrews. Located in one of the most scenic areas of this glorious corner of Scotland, the Kingdom of Fife. The successful candidate will employ his or her culinary and managerial skills in order to play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing the customers’ satisfaction.
