Salary:£11 per hour paid fortnightly - shared tips - holiday pay is paid with wage

Hours:up to 50
Days:5 from 7 - mixed shifts.
Holidays:28 days pro rata - paid with wage fortnightly
Bedrooms:3 bedrooms - meals served from 11am to 150 cover per day over lunch and dinner.
Covers:Breakfast: not required to do

Full-time chefs:3 plus 2 kitchen assistants
Accommodation:Available - own room in shared cottage - meals on duty - TV and wifi available cost negotiable
Job description:

Port na Craig is situated on the side of the Tay near to the Pitlochry Festival Theatre, a short walk from Pitlochry centre.

Serving attractively presented meals cooked fresh to order.

We are looking for 2 Sous Chefs to our young and dynamic team. Everybody contributes ideas.

you will help support the head chef and cover days off.

Working in a fast paced environment.

Pitlochry is a busy village with plenty to do and see. It is very well placed for exploring the Highlands.

This positions are available now until end October
