Job description: | Gather Bistro @ Laggan is a brand new food outlet situated in a stunning location overlooking the Solway Coast in Gatehouse of Fleet just 32 miles from Dumfries. We have a great opportunity for a sous chef to join our team. You will help support and cover for our head chef, bringing new creative ideas to the menu. Driver preferred. You should have good organisational skills, Be a clean and tidy worker, Work on own initiative, Should have 2/3 years experience at Sous chef level.
