Job description: | Glencoe House Hotel situated in the village of Glencoe, consists of 14 luxury suites. 8 in the main house and 6 in the Bell Tower. We serve a high quality menu using locally sourced produce where possible and provide our guests with in suite dining. Looking for a sous chef to join our friendly and stable team and to work alongside and provide support and cover for the head chef during their time off. You will have input into menus as we also offer a bespoke menu offering. An excellent location, only 16 miles from Fort William and 6 miles from Onich. Lots to do on days off especially if you enjoy the outdoors. This position is available now for the right person. |
