Job description:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic head chef, or alternatively an ambitious strong sous chef who is keen to develop their skills and experience in a head chef’s position.

You will be responsible and fully in charge of the day to day running of the kitchen. Menus, ordering, stock control, and have excellent understanding of health and hygiene. Also good communication skills in order to lead, encourage, and work positively and effectively with people.

All our food is freshly prepared on a daily basis using the freshest locally sourced ingredients. Our main emphasis on seafood and fish. We have a established menu, however you will have the opportunity to introduce your own dishes. A genuine passion for ingredients seasonality is welcomed, but simple seafood is us.

This would suit a couple, with work for both. A great place to live and work. The position available from now through to the end of October.
