| Job description: | Kincraig Castle Hotel is a highly acclaimed 4 star AA/STB Visit Scotland Country House Hotel with 15 en suite guest rooms and an award-winning 1 Rosette restaurant, located 22 miles North of Inverness on the world famous North Coast 500 route. We introduced our 'Dine@Dome' private dining concept earlier this year, which is proving to be very popular for both our resident and non-resident guests. We'd like to appoint an experienced Junior Sous Chef who will work closely with the Head Chef & the team. The successful candidate must be committed to help take our food business to the next level. Previous experience working in a 1 or 2 Rosette establishment will be an advantage. Assistance with relocation is available if the successful candidate is willing to relocate. |
