| Job description: | Balcary Bay Hotel is a 2AA Rosette, 4 star establishment situated in Auchencairn, Dumfries and Galloway. Balcary Bay Country House Hotel takes its name from the beautiful bay on which it stands commanding a stunning location overlooking the Solway, within an area of Galloway that is romantic in its isolation, and which was once full of intrigue.
