Job description:

I am looking for a relief sous chef for a hotel in Strachur starting 29th October for 4 weeks.

The hotel is a privately owned 14 bedroom 3 gold star hotel serving A la Carte. Breakfasts to 30, lunches to 30 and dinners to 50.

Brigade of 3 chefs plus a kitchen porter.

Working hours will be a minimum of 40 hours per week over 5 days, mixed shifts.

The gross hourly rate is £17 per hour, paid weekly net of tax and NI.

The accommodation is an en-suite staff room. TV and Wi-Fi available.

You will be paid return travelling expenses from Dalkeith subject to completing the required work stint.
