Job description:

Pibroch is a small independant busy restaurant serving traditional homemade Scottish food on Edinburgh's Royal Mile established in 2017.
We are looking for a Sous Chef to join us - who is enthusiastic, reliable, experienced and has a genuine interest in chef work.

you will be providing support and cover for our head chef

The position is full time, straight shifts -1300 - 2200 (last orders are 2130) , 5/7 days, approx 45 per week.

Salary is £27,500K depending on experience and will be paid monthly or weekly into your bank account, share of tips, 28 days paid annual leave and a pension scheme is available if required.

We are not open on Christmas Day
