Job description: | Pibroch is a small independant busy restaurant serving traditional homemade Scottish food on Edinburgh's Royal Mile established in 2017. you will be providing support and cover for our head chef The position is full time, straight shifts -1300 - 2200 (last orders are 2130) , 5/7 days, approx 45 per week. Salary is £27,500K depending on experience and will be paid monthly or weekly into your bank account, share of tips, 28 days paid annual leave and a pension scheme is available if required. We are not open on Christmas Day |
