Salary:Up to £14.50 per hour - depending on experience, can do salary if you prefer. paid monthly plus a share of excellent tips. competitive based on experience. excellent tips in the region of £80 to £100 per week
Hours:40 hours per week, very rarely any more.
Days:5 days a week - mixture of straight shifts. varies. 9 to 5. 12 to 10 5 to 10. usually 2 days off on a row but will work most of week-ends.
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Covers:Lunch: 60 up to 100; Dinner: up to 150; Breakfast: Varies - busier on weekends - from 9am.; Functions: can do occasional for up to 50.
Food type:Fresh family style all prepared freshly on the premises, nothing bought in
Full-time chefs:7/8 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Live-out - approximately 30 miles from Glasgow, situated in Helensburgh. can find to rent if relocating and owners can help to source.
Job description:

The Riverhill Courtyard is a busy family style restaurant situated in Helensburgh.

A 75 seater restaurant serving good quality fresh food which is all prepared freshly on the premises.

A small company with a good team in place, looking for a sous chef to join the kitchen team. Looking for someone who has fresh volume experience.

The restaurant has a very good local following serving food from 9am - 9.30pm most days of the week.

Working in a great working environment with an excellent front of house team who you would be working closely with.

Looking for a reliable and friendly chef who can fit in well with the team.
