Salary:A very attractive, negotiable remuneration package is available depending on experience, payable monthly with performance related seasonal and annual bonuses plus a pro rata share of cash tips & credit/debit card gratuities.

Holidays:The hotel is closed from 23rd December 2021 to 5th January 2022
Covers:Lunch: Up to 20; Dinner: Up to 50; Breakfast: Up to 30; Functions: Up to 120 (Weddings)
Food type:1 Rosette Restaurant serving traditional Scottish Food using the finest local produce with All Day Dining, Afternoon Tea, A La Carte Dinner, Tasting & Dine@Dome Private Dining Menus.

Accommodation:Comfortable, serviced single en suite room with TV & WiFi within the hotel if required on a complimentary basis. All meals provided.
Job description:

Kincraig Castle Hotel is a highly acclaimed 4 star AA/STB Visit Scotland Country House Hotel with 15 en suite guest rooms and an award-winning 1 Rosette restaurant, located 22 miles North of Inverness on the world famous North Coast 500 route.

We introduced our 'Dine@Dome' private dining concept earlier this year, which is proving to be very popular for both our resident and non-resident guests.

We'd like to appoint an experienced Junior Sous Chef who will work closely with the Head Chef & the team. The successful candidate must be committed to help take our food business to the next level. Previous experience working in a 1 or 2 Rosette establishment will be an advantage.

Assistance with relocation is available if the successful candidate is willing to relocate.
