Salary:£14 - £16.50 per hour

Days:5 days from 7 - mixture of shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:4
Covers:Dinner: up to 80 covers daily
Food type:Good wholesome cuisine - all fresh ingredients
Full-time chefs:3/4 plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Accommodation available in staff accommodation £45 per week with 1 meal on duty
Job description:

I am looking for a Sous Chef for a hotel in Perthshire.

This is an all year round position. Ideally for a couple (front of house work available)

Working in a close knit friendly team.

Scope for input into menus.

You will be hardworking reliable and enthusiastic.
