Job description: | The Clachan Grill is an award winning restaurant situated in the beautiful town of Ballater just 40 miles from Aberdeen. We are looking for a permanent Sous Chef to join our small close knit and friendly team. Gastro Pub of the Year 2021 North East. You will have good knowledge of high end cooking, open to new ideas for menus We will be looking for you to support and cover for our Head chef, Barry Owen. Small village location with lots of walking and golf to enjoy on your time off. This position is available now for the right candidate. |
