Days: | 4 days a week straight shifts, early to finish with a break in the afternoon (Wednesday to Saturday) |

Covers: | Lunch: can do up to 40 on a busy Saturday; Dinner: to 30 |
Food type: | Mainly small sharing plate plus evening specials, soup and sandwiches also available at lunch. 90% made freshly on the premises |
Full-time chefs: | 2/3 chefs plus kitchen porters |
Accommodation: | No accommodation but can help to find if relocating to the area. |
Job description: | Osso is a busy award winning restaurant situated in Peebles just 25 miles south of Edinburgh. We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our small family friendly team With input into the menu and running of daily specials. We are looking for someone with a good quality background and have good stability. We are based in a lovely part of the country and have amazing outdoor attractions on our doorstep.
