Job description:

Scarinish Beach Hotel on the Isle of Tiree are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef for our newly renovated hotel restaurant.

As a Sous Chef the role will include:

Preparing and cooking high quality seasonal dishes for the restaurant
Assisting the Head Chef and running the kitchen on the Head Chef's days off.
Maintaining food quality standards, consistency, hygiene and presentation
Assisting in stock control and keeping records in check.

This is an exciting opportunity to be involved as the hotel and restaurant are modernised under new management. The 60-cover restaurant serves seasonal local cuisine to tourists and locals all year round with a focus on fresh island produce and seafood.
Tiree is currently seeing new development to benefit both locals and tourists. The hotel is situated right next to the beach and the small, sunny island offers surfing, live music events, outdoor walks and coastline views.
Free accommodation is provided near to the hotel.
