Job description: | The Adamson is a busy hotel and restaurant situated in Crossford, Fife. We are a popular village hotel catering to local and international clientele currently undergoing a refurbishment with the addition of a new contemporary restaurant. This is a chance for a chef with an understanding of current and future trends to create their own team and make their mark. Looking for a passionate and dedicated individual with fresh idea’s.
