Job description: | Duisdale House Hotel is an 22 bedroom, award winning, 4 Star Hotel with 2AA Rosettes for our cuisine. Situated on the beautiful island of Skye in North West Scotland, 8 miles from Broadford and 33 miles from Portree the main town. We are looking for a Sous Chef for a 2AA hotel in the Scottish Highlands Using the best of local produce. There a fantastic team in place with excellent owners. Working under Executive Chef George Fraser Lots to do on days off such as fishing, walking, hill climbing and golf. This position is available now but happy to wait for the right candidate |
