Job description: | The newly reopened Rusacks Hotel is looking for a Sous Chef to join the brigade at our rooftop restaurant, 18. This role allows the right person to work with locally sourced, quality ingredients in a state-of-the-art kitchen equipped with Robata grills and a dry ageing chamber. The perfect candidate will be experienced at running a pass, working with quality ingredients, and mentoring junior team members. |
