Job description: | Cressfield Country House is a charming country hotel with comfortable accommodation, a self - catering cottage and extensive function suite, set in over 2 acres of private secluded grounds in picturesque Dumfriesshire, South West Scotland. We are situated just 20 minutes from Gretna Green. We are looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef, you will provide support and cover for our Head Chef.
