Salary:£30,000 per annum - paid monthly - tips - overtime after 45 hours pro rata

Hours:42 - 45 per week
Days:5 days from 7- afternoon splits
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)

Covers:Lunch: 30 - 50; Dinner: 30 - 60; Breakfast: up to 28; Functions: none
Food type:High quality Scottish - Bistro/Brasserie - we make everything fresh on premises
Full-time chefs:4 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Single en suite room available - £200 per month (includes wifi, sky TV, all bills)
Job description:

The Invergarry Hotel is a 14 bedroom award winning Highland Inn, situated 25 miles from Fort William.

We are looking for a Chef to join our team, a great working environment.

You will provide a good support for our head chef and kitchen team.

Working with the best of local highland ingredients.

There are lots of things to do on days off - close to Scotland Outdoor Capital.
