Job description: | Eddrachilles Hotel is a small seasonal hotel in NW Highlands, owner operated. Our reputation has been built on quality food, prepared from fresh ingredients primarily for our resident guests. Working with Head Chef Trevor WIlliams who is with us for his third season your shifts will be busy but not frantic. Remote location, driving licence is helpful (shared staff car available - mileage charge). Living Wage Foundation accredited employer. No charges for accommodation.
