Job description:

Eddrachilles Hotel is a small seasonal hotel in NW Highlands, owner operated.

Our reputation has been built on quality food, prepared from fresh ingredients primarily for our resident guests.
Table de Hote menu, changes daily - lots of variety and you will need to be competent across the culinary disciplines including pastry, fish, and butchery.

Working with Head Chef Trevor WIlliams who is with us for his third season your shifts will be busy but not frantic. Remote location, driving licence is helpful (shared staff car available - mileage charge).

Living Wage Foundation accredited employer. No charges for accommodation. Share of Tips (via tronc system).
