Salary:£600 per week paid weekly plus a share of the tips
Duration:Permanent
Hours:45 hours per week
Days:5 days from 7 - 3 splits and 2 straight shifts
Holidays:Statutory (28 days p/a)
Bedrooms:4 bedrooms
Covers:Lunch: to 20; Dinner: to 50
Food type:Traditional Scottish Pub Food - using fresh local produce
Full-time chefs:2 chefs plus kitchen porters
Accommodation:Room available in the hotel including meals included as part of the package
Job description:

Ythanview Hotel is a privately owned 4 bedroom hotel in Methlick, situated 9 Miles from Ellon and 25 miles from Aberdeen.

We are looking for a sous chef to join our friendly and very stable team.

You will provide support and cover for our head chef.

Number 3 on Trip Advisor out of 28.

The hotel has been run by Owner Jay Allan for 24 years, with the hotel having good local trade. This position has not be available for the past 7 years so very stable team in place

We have a brilliant working atmosphere.

This position is available now for the right person this can be a permanent or a seasonal position
