Full-time chefs:4 - 5 chefs plus 2 kitchen porters

Job description:

The Bosville Hotel is a 20 bedroom Hotel situated in Portree on the Isle of Skye.

We are looking for an experienced Sous chef to join our team.

You will require a passion for good quality, fresh product and an understanding that service is critical to establishing your kitchen reputation as the best in the area.

Experience in working in a high-volume outlet within a hotel and/or high-volume restaurant with a proven track record of progression and career development. This is an excellent opportunity for an established chef to further develop their career in one of Scotland’s most beautiful locations, In a fully refurbished, state of the art kitchen.

Reporting to Executive Chef Miles Craven.

The ability to constantly deliver high quality food with attention to detail on presentation

This position is available from 1st February for the right candidate
